Welcome to the Organizational Leadership Program
Norwich University understands leadership in a way few other universities can boast. As the birthplace of ROTC, Cadets at the undergraduate level confront daily issues that challenge and define their character as future leaders in both the public and private sectors. The tradition of leadership development at Norwich grew in conjunction with its celebrated military heritage, continued with the integration of civilian students onto campus, and is evident again in the curriculum, academic expectations, the active role that faculty and staff take in mentoring and supporting each student, and the leadership caliber of the alumni of the School of Graduate Studies.
At the center of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program is a rigorous academic environment emphasizing an interactive atmosphere, mentoring relationships with faculty and extensive experiential learning.
