- Is there a residency requirement?
Yes, the program culminates in a week-long residency in June. You will finally have the opportunity to meet your classmates and instructors face to face and cement the relationships you began online. The week is crowned with a full graduation ceremony.

- How are courses delivered?
The MSOL program uses an online, asynchronous platform that allows you to get course assignments, ask questions of faculty and other students, and participate in discussions at any time. Due dates for individual activities are fixed and spread out over the weeks. Seminars are delivered under the direction of faculty and staff via the internet using an online learning platform. You are provided with 24/7 help desk support for technical issues within the online classroom throughout your program.

- How many seminars do I need to take to earn the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership?
In order to graduate with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, you must successfully complete a total of six, six-credit seminars along with the one week residency. Each seminar lasts approximately 11 weeks and typically is followed by a two-week break.

Depending on your start date, you can complete the program in 18-24 months.

- Do you accept transfer credits?
We will, on a case-by-case basis, assess transfer credit up to six credits. When you apply for admission to the program, you can submit transcripts and course outlines in consideration for transfer credits. Norwich University complies with VA regulations and guidelines as they pertain to transfer credits.

No. You will receive the official, traditional diploma of Norwich University.

- How is Norwich University accredited?
